Shipping, Home Delivery and Pickup from our Branches

Shipping & Delivery will be calculated based on the country and method of delivery and indicated at the time of checkout.

if the person who will receive the order items is not the owner of the credit card, his name should be mentioned on the order as Munch Bakery may check the ID of him on the delivery time.

For Orders Type Store Pickup; if you did not collect on the same day, Munch Bakery can provide you replacement products (with same amount) within 48 hours only; else the products that was reserved for you will be expired and trashed and the payment is not refundable for that order.

If you or your representatives elect to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all the liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves

On occasions, we will photograph our cake creations and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of the risk and hold us harmless

Refunds are only permitted if the order is canceled 2 days (48 hours) before delivery date. The cancellation of an order is done through the branch.

If the order is not picked up on the due date there will be no refund for any amount paid.

This User Agreement is governed by, and construed in accordance with, Saudi Arabia law. This clause will survive any expiry or cancellation of this User Agreement for any reason.
